Mims Family [Lifestyle Newborn]

Phew!  It's been a looong time since I blogged... however, I have gotten some new software that allows for me to create blog posts a lot easier now, so I am going to TRY to get back in the swing of things.  This was a lifestyle newborn session I did back in April.  I have seen this family a few times since then and it's always such a joy to see them! Enjoy!

Birth Photography - A New Chapter? [Conroe, Tx Birth Photographer]

So Michelle and I found out we were pregnant around the same time.  During our pregnancy Michelle and I came up with a plan.  The plan was for me to do her birth photography and for him not to come on one of my weddings that I had already booked.  Haha.  We left it in God's hands- if I was meant to be there, I would be there.  We would be OK with it if not.

It's also very important to note, Michelle entrusted this very special task to me.. knowing I had literally ZERO experience in birth photography.  Like always, I felt the pressure, for sure.  I know that moments like these (very much like weddings) cannot be faked.  They cannot be redone, and they are the BIG moments.  Moments that are most important in a lifetime.  SO, I take my role very seriously.

It is also very important to note, that my style of photography is best when captured raw, unposed, and 100% candid.  I am also a bit of a storyteller when it comes to photography.  I like the details, I like the small moments, I like the emotion behind a photograph.  I have found that that's when my best work is displayed.

Anywho, this is the Mallory's start of their story with Isaiah.  Because this session moved me so incredibly much (I can't even look at the pictures without crying), I am now offering birth photography and would love to exclusively offer this someday (a girl can dream, right?!)!

4 - Any session totaling more than 6 people.  Will be willing to do a session with more than 6 people if you pay $25 for each additional person(s)

1 - Refer a friend or friend(s), tell them to let me know you did so, and get more entries!
2 - Don't worry - if you already booked a date and scheduled a session with me, you can STILL BE entered!  I can put the money you put for the deposit towards extra print credits or refund the deposit if you wish to do so!
3 - MORE PICTURES from your session WILL BE available for purchase!  You may buy digital packages or prints!
4 - I will randomly select a name from my BLOG COMMENTS on February 21st to announce the winner of the giveaway!

The Duke's are Hitched! [Montgomery, Tx Wedding Photographer]

Katie & Brandon contacted me in the beginning of my wedding venture.  I was so honored that they picked me to do their wedding and on their engagement session we broke the law, got to know each other, and had a ton of laughs!  Couldn't ask for better clients and I love how their wedding pictures turned out!
